To the gentleman wearing the neon green traffic vest, driving the dark blue tinted rear windows ghost van for traffic ticketing or bylaw enforcement this morning on 34th ST at 8:15AM heading to Victoria Avenue. I understand the importance of not talking or texting on cell phones while driving for the general public and that Police Services need to be able to use them at all times. I do not understand how it is ok for you to drive and text at the same time? At least follow your own rules or pull over and then text someone. Having the power to enforce something for the benefit of all the public is one thing, but abusing the rule because of your position in power is not what the rule is for.
