We had an issue over the weekend where we wanted to report a power outage. I called in using my cell phone, as we have recently removed our landline. When I entered my cell phone number, as it requires that when reporting the outage, my phone is not associated with a residence, and would not work properly. Today I called into MB Hydro and got them to add my cell number as the contact number for my residence. Something that everyone that has removed their landline should also do.
