i was out scouting at the brandon hills the other day and when i got to my treestand i found 2 poached elk and 1 deer not 20 yards away.when i set my stand up two weeks before season opened all was good. now my whole corner is screwed.the carcess have been there for roughly a month.i informed dnr but kinda hard to catch the pricks a month later.i dont think they were road hunters since my stand is 1063 yards from the road.one hell of a sniper.still all three animals were dropped within 5 yards of each other.they might have been shot somewhere else and dropped but who knows.guys like that are why we dont have a heard of elk or moose in the brandon hills.. pray i never catch u....
