New vehicle scam...buyers beware!

whilst on a lengthy search for a new vehicle, I stumbled across a new scam. I came across a couple fairly nice vehicles, that were probably under-priced by about 4-7000. both vehicles came with an asking price of $3500.00, and no phone # in the ad. upon emailing the sellers, I received 2 nearly identical responses from two diff emails...the one went like this.
" Hi,
Thanks for being interested in buying my truck!It`s in perfect condition,no scratches,damages and never been implicated in any accidents.It has only 59304 km and the price is $3,500 CAD.It comes with a new set of winter tires and it has never been smoked in.Because of my divorce settlement,i own this truck and as a woman without driver`s license i don`t need it so i`m trying to get rid of it as soon as possible(that`s why i`m selling it so cheap).We will use eBay`s Vehicle Purchase Protection plan for our both safety,i want only legit transactions.Let me know where are you located and any other details you need about it.

not the typical I'm in Africa somewhere and the vehicle is in northwest territories, but I'll ship it to you for free...
