BUYING A USED CELLPHONE!

I recently have been looking into buying a used cellphone on ebrandon. I just wanted to share that there are people selling phones at very high prices stating the are for mts and then after asking the SERIAL NUMBER and calling it in to mTS and asking them to check it, they say no DONT BUY IT! B/c it wont be able to be used on another contract with MTS, so therefor a waste of someones money.
