We are headed to winnipeg tomorrow to go back to school clothes shopping for the kids. Wheres the best outlet malls that are cheap to shop? Or best stores that have awesome deals?

For sure the new outlet mall across from Ikea! Has all the great stores including Under Armour which is currently 40% off almost entire store. Also i:ncludes old Navy outlet, Gap outlet, Nike etc. Highly recommend.

Yeah, my SIL lives in Winnipeg and loves the outlet mall. She shops at St. Vital a lot too, always seems to find good deals.
