Looking for see through umbrella

Has anyone seen a clear umbrella for sale anywhere in Brandon? It's just needed for a Halloween costume so it doesn't have to be extremely high quality. Don't want to spend a huge amount on it either.
Not going to Winnipeg and yes I know I can order online. Have one picked out if it comes to that but I would rather get it locally if I can. Thanks.
