What phase we at can we do clothing returns now ?

Marks has been accepting returns since they re-opened but I called before I went to confirm they were doing so. I suggest you call ahead as I expect each store has its own guidelines to follow.

The only place I know that will do returns and try on clothes is WINNERS. Giant Tiger, Marks, Ardene, etc will not accept returns or let you try on clothes. Not yet anyways. Call first to confirm

You are correct in that Marks will not allow you to try on clothes (change rooms closed/locked) however they are accepting returns - I have made several returns of items purchased online and store purchased items that I was not able to try on. As stated above, do call stores first to confirm their current protocols re: fitting rooms, returns, etc.

Change rooms are closed at giant tiger but they are taking returns. Bought shorts there last week and returned them the next day With no issues.

Reitmans does. However there change rooms are seldom open so they would have to let you.
