My wife and I went to Rogers in the Shoppers Mall yesterday evening to put a plan on my new phone. Not only did I get the plan I wanted, but I got it at a better rate than I expected, one significant fee was waived, the plan and phone features were explained so even I could understand them and the young fellow at the store even did a clean-up on my wife's phone so it works smoother and faster for her.

The people at Rogers are great! Also nice to see a positive post about a business. The world needs more of that
