I contact Intelcom Canada and did a web chat with an Agent and after confirming my tracking and lack of movement here - she opened a request to investigate the problem.
My expensive Amazon package was delivered the very next day and Intelcom here sent me an email with a delivery time and name of my driver delivering it.
Contact them on their web page and the agent will get things moving for you. "
it appears their chat no longer is working it continually disconnects as there is no chat representative available 3+ days of it doing that.
I called the toll free number 2 days now and both times they said they would send email to warehouse to get the package delivered in the day,
I have contacted Amazon and they have refunded me the total price of product.
