I am looking to buy : decoart magikote surface coating for painting styrofoam..

I have tried the usual stores: ie: dollar store, walmart, michaels, jensens but have not been able to find it..
has anyone bought this product, and where did you find it....thank you

It doesn't appear to be sold in Canada? It's on the US sites for Wal-Mart, Michaels, Amazon etc but not on the Canadian sites. All those websites plus a few more I looked at say not available or out of stock. So I think you're out of luck.

Did you talk to Janzens? It might be a case of having to order it, if it's even still in production.
