A summary of some of the deals that stuck out for me in this week's flyers....

- Garmin nuvi 200c GPS. $129.96 (was $239.99). It was expected that GPS makers would change there product lines in such a way that they could cater more easily to the lower end of the market. This may just be a sign of that.
- 42" 1080p LG HDTV. They advertise the $899 price as being $700 off

- Big coupon on the front page for a free $25 gift card with min $200 purchase. Would be interesting to hear how many stretch their grocery bills to qualify for these types of offers. Shopping for two, we don't usually come close.

- $2.99 for an entire large pineapple. Just typing the word pineapple has my taste buds popping

- Dollar Days. $1 for Nestle/Smarties "frozen deserts," $1 for 500ml Milk2Go.
- seem pretty big on their $4.97 for 1 kg Cheez Whiz.
Rona
- Big push is on their "Save 15% on the product of your choice" promo.
Visions
- Sony GPS. Regular $248, on for $138. A continuation of the low-cost GPS trend.
Zellers - Saturday & Sunday 2 day sale
- BOGOs on rugs, towels, blinds, draper hardware.
- 50% off of mirrors and Memory Foam Topper

- big push is on Jenn-Air versatile cooktop. $1299, reg $2099. Only 13 available chainwide though.. unclear how many (if any) will be Brandon?

- front page of flyer has their popular coupon for 40% off of *any* one regular priced item.
- 50% off of yard, spring floral, frames and storage baskets
