I was at the shoppers mall, and they have these huge sidewalk sales going on. So i was looking at some jackets out by a store, and watched a young girl come up with her boyfriend (I assume). He shielded her from the stores view, and she took off her spring coat, hung it on the hangers and took a new one, quickly ripped the tags off, and then wandered off leaving her old coat there.  
 
What the heck do you do in this scenario? Mind your own business, mention it to someone?  
 
I have to assume that she ment to do this, since who wears a coat in +27 degrees weather, and who would forget her old coat and rip tags off etc..
