Great Service - Local

since there is another thread on bad service in Brandon, which we have all had and complain about. I would like to hear some positives on great service. It may change my mind as to were I shop.
Tuesday, Aug 4, I had the best service from the young girl working at Things Engraved in the Shoppers Mall. She was so pleasant and helpful.
