Christmas is Coming! Unique Gifts?

Well, Christmas isn't too far away.. and I'm determined to have my shopping completed by the end of November!
I'm in search of unique gifts this year for both of my parents (in their 50s), my brother and sister in law (mid to late 20s), and my nephew (8 months at Christmas time!).
I'd like to find something unique or extremely useful other than a clothing article or a DVD set this year.
What have you found in stores, or even online that would make a great gift for someone this holiday season?
