Discussions

And I HAD to gush a little  
 
I see so many negative, "service sucked" discussions that after my experience tonight I felt the need to sing the praises of two young ladies.  
 
A friend and I went to the Shoppers' Mall this evening and entered Rickis. We had just bought some fantastic new shoes and thought maybe we'd go try on some fancy clothes to go with them - neither of us intending to bother the sales associates because we didn't really have plans to purchase anything unless it was on sale.  
 
We found a few great pieces to try on and headed to the change rooms.  
 
From the moment they let us into our rooms we were impressed! These two young ladies were taking turns coming to check on us as we tried on outfits, as well as together when there weren't other customers in the store. They went to get sizes and offered opinions and suggestions readily. And they went through the entire experience with smiles and friendly comments and were just downright incredible!  
 
If you're headed to Ricki's in the Mall anytime, Erica and Kali are two of the best young sales associates we've ever encountered!  
 
Be sure to tell them how wonderful they are - We did!
