Cheap lunches

Okay, I'll admit it. When it comes down to meals, on an average day I'm almost too methodic about it all. Breakfasts usually $1-2, lunch $2-3 and supper $4-5.
When it comes to lunch, a lot of the time I'm in a rush and just want something quick and cheap.
I used to be a "Toonie Tuesday" guy but lately Taco Time's 99 cent Tacos are luring me in. Where do other "Smart Shopper" group members go for bargain lunches?
