Looking to get new glasses. I have heard many positive comments about this store. Just can't remember the name of the lady there that does the fitting. She is apparently very good. Thanks for any help.

I had to get new glasses not to long ago, so we went to Cristall Opticians after a friend stated they were really good. After picking out the frames that I liked and after picking them up that is when my patience was stretched to the limits as my lenses kept on falling out of the frame. I had to take my glasses back at least 7 times due to the lenses falling out, It ended up where I had to get a different set of frames, I can say that I have had no problem with my (second) new frames.  
They were very good and also were unsure why i had such a problem with the original frames I chose.

Have a family member who is an optician and knows almost all of the businesses and owners here and Cristall Opticians is 1 of the places that was recommended for me to get eyewear, so I will pass this info on to you to say you have heard positive things for a reason! Good service & know what they are doing.

Great staff , great service. Been going there for years and if there is ever a problem, they are very quick to fix it or find a solution. Highly HIGHLY recommend

I've been going there for at least 15 years. Brian, Carolyn and the rest of the staff there are fantastic at what they do. They really care about their craft, and they are always SUPER helpful when picking out frames, etc. - I always feel welcome there and that they take their time and help you instead of trying to push you out the door with a pair of glasses that don't fit.  
 
I would recommend them to anyone. They're also Brandon based, so you're shopping local and keeping your dollars in the community, and supporting a longstanding downtown business. For me it's a no-brainer.
