    Would anyone know where to buy helium tanks, or get balloons filled. Tried Loonie Toons but they were 1.50$ per balloon which I found was a bit steep, and Walmart was sold out of tanks. Any suggestion? Thanks.

    Tried that to, they only fill foil balloons, forgot to mention that in original post.

    Safeway in Corral Centre. They did latex balloons when I worked there, can't remember price though.

    Had the same problem back in june. There is a shortage of helium. I found michaels carries the tank. If you can get the 40% off coupon it works out to the same price as wal mart.

    Have you tried any of the welding supply stores like Ready Oxygen on Richmond Av, Praxair on Richmond ave East or Welders Supply on 18th street?
