Where to buy a little girl's dress?

My five year old daughter's school picture day is coming up and I'm searching specifically for a suitable dress. I've looked at Walmart, Superstore and A Children's Place, and did not find anything special for a close-up for picture day. I'd like something a little fancy, brightly coloured, and cute for a little girl to have framed forever in her kindergarten school picture. Do you know of any stores that may have something? Thanks in advance.

We have never had much luck in Brandon finding dressy outfits for kids. We always end up in Minot - JC Penney, Gordmans and Herbergers are always our go-to places. They have a lot of selection and a wide variety of sizes for children.

Really fancy dresses from Muse on 18th, or perhaps Abbey Rose, and Cinnamon tree on Rosser.

Custom made by a seamstress is always an option as well but these might cost more.

Last year I found a great sweater dress that was prefect for my daughters pic at value village. It was name brand and only cost $8. Take a look there.
