Anyone else experience extreme squeakiness from Manitobah mukluks? I was unaware and bought two pairs a couple years ago that when wet squeak like no ones business on most floors. Anyone know how to fix this? The website says with long term wear they will stop but in the two years I've had them they continue to squeak. Please help!

Mine did this as well. They have stopped now, there close to 4 years old haha!

Mine don't squeak but I don't find them very warm ( ankle ones)

I've heard sandpaper works to rough up the soles but I can't seem to get the courage to possibly reck my $300 boots. I have the moccasins as well and they squeak too. Maybe sandpaper will make them less slippery too. Anyone tried this?
