Refill citronella torches

Hey everyone
So I've been out looking and can't find the refills for the bamboo citronella torches. I can find the torches themselves and torch fuel but not the cans that go inside of the torches. Mine have rusted and don't hold the fuel anymore. I used to be able to find them at Walmart last year. They even had coloured fuel in them also. But went out looking today at Canadian tire home hardware and Walmart and found nothing.
Soooo does anyone know where I can get them in the city????
