Has anyone seen the huge hole on the north of the Walmart parking lot?  
Did you happen to see some brainwaves idea of repair? Boulders. Drop boulders into the hole, which ok it fills it, but at least mark the flipping thing with pylons or posts with orange tape!  
 
Nope! Just drop a couple huge rocks in there and hope that everyone drives around it? I have to wonder who is financially responsible if and when someone smashes up the front end of their vehicle.  
Apparently after speaking to Walmart about the sheer stupidity of that idea of a fix I was informed it was the landlords idea to fill it this way for now.

I saw that yesterday. It's a huge hole...I think they put garbage in it also. Brainiacs

I think the rocks are there to show how deep the hole really is, until they get it fixed. If there were no rocks, people might think it was just a puddle and drive over it. At least this way, you can see it, and avoid it.

The point wasn't about how big or deep the hole is. It's the fact that they didn't have the foresight to flag it off!  
Any road obstruction such as that should have pylons around it or be flagged off with pegs and orange/high vis tape.

Agreed, I don't know how anyone could argue that.

Shindico is responsible for the lot maintenance i believe. There's a few spots in the Corral Centre that need to be addressed.

I have emailed them a few times regarding large potholes in the Corral Centre, they have been very quick to respond and have them filled.

would be responsible for damages incurred should they smash into said boulders.

I must commend the City they already had a guy out filling the pot holes, their trucks pounded into McDonald ave last week, their semi dump trucks where running a few days straight hauling something,street was getting wrecked.
