children and ski-ooo's or quads

How do all the people out there feel about kids riding ski-doo or quads with out plates. Further more they have no drivers license or trail passes. There has been more then one complaint made to the police it seems like they do not want to do an thing about it. So how do all the other people here on E Brandon feel about this, when we have to have the plates and the trail pass and also a drivers license to ride our toys. This has been happening for the last 3 years and nothing has been done yet. What would everyone else do????
