Lead Paint Test Kit

Looking to refinish some old wood furniture that has been painted but am concerned about lead being in the paint. Anyone seen any stores who sell lead paint test kits. I've tried the major hardware stores but no luck. Would like to support our local economy before I have to order online. Thanks, in advance for all suggestions.
