Direct Buy

Does any one know anything about Direct Buy. I've seen the commercials, and we got a package in the mail, but it was all very vague. Along with a pass to check out their showroom in Winnipeg. However, they don't want you to bring children, so we haven't gone. I hear it's 5000 dollars to join? Has anyone gone/belongs to Direct Buy?
