    How can I untie(unfasten) this stuff

    Hello. How can I untie(unfasten) this stuff?.. There is black plastic(rubber?) ring stuff for tighten(?)/not loose wires from electiric.. What is that name?.. How can I loose wires?.. please, describe me or let me know internet address for watching video.

    Use a pair of pliers and squeeze the black box connector together while pulling it through the hole. Sometimes needle nose pliers work better at this.
