I got Will to do some things for me around the house and I totally recommend him.

Do you get on the roof to clean gutters or do you do it from the ground?

Hi. It depends on the roof. We have all the safety equipment to do the job.

What about a two story duplex? The roof is very high. Do you do those too?

Yes I do. If I need to tie off because the roof is steep I have all the harness and ropes

Vacuuming ok. But it doesn’t get the stuff stuck on the bottom. Plus then you get a chance to inspect roof for any visible damage to alert home owners. 1-204-851-5861

Vacuuming is the only way to go. As for the light film of dried dirt on the bottom. Thats most likely an indication the trough is not running true anymore. Likely a slight dip in the trough at that point that puddles there and when the water evaporate you get that thin crusty layer of dirt. After it rains that will happen even if you clean them by hand. But Will I am curious after you are done tieing off. What do you do with the holes from the bracket you used to tie yourself off with . Also you mentioned earlier that you tie yourself off on the steep roofs . What about a normal roof that is ten feet from the ground. Are you tieing off on a roof as such?

Our facility, at my work has poor drainage on one end. A trough is long, like 100 or more feet from the spout in middle and does not have a drain on end. The ice build up in spring is crazy and the ramp where vehicles drive in is slick. I don't know how it is they did not put a downspout on end.  
 
I need to find someone who can open the end and put a spout for us.
