Mobile Home Patch needed under Hot Water Tank

I bought a mobile home in January of 2023 and am needing to find someone to come and patch a hole under my hot water tank. I have had 3 -4 companies out to look at it and they cant complete the work. Harsnape is booked until the new year. any advice would be appreciated.
