What is this for? (big wire)  
Actually I did buy this at restore store at 12 street long time ago. I thougt this wire would be for welding machine.. Is it correct? Is it for welding machine?  
 
If i buy brand new this wire, About how much per feet? because I am considering whether I resell or not. I never use it after buying..  
 
This is 25 foots length and there is no plug.. How much do I have to sell? (about)  
 
and If I want to buy plug, What I should buy? (Maybe I would don't have chance to use it)

Looks like a heavy duty extension cord someone made but is missing the end to plug into a receptacle
