I’m new to the kirkaldy area and moved in during the winter. I have a sump pump going off every 15 minutes for the last two weeks. Nothing really before that including when we had the flood going through Brandon. Is this normal?

depend on what section of the neighborhood you are in. There are a few underground seams of gravel that feed water to different locations through the area.
