Basement Reno - Need help with layout

We are doing a reno in our basement -
house is about 40-50 years old and basement was never done. It needs framing and insulation (my sig other is working on this right now) We want to:
move the furnace, HWT, washer & dryer
put in a bedroom where the laundry area is
build a storage room
have a play area, computer area
expand the bathroom, put in shower & sauna
We keep toying with ideas of placement of these things. Who in Brandon could we call for help so that we know we are placing everything correct?
?Contractor ?Decorator ?Basement Renovator? Any suggestions? Are there any basement reno experts in Brandon?
