Need advice on getting duct work done

I have been phoning around to see the prices for getting my ducts cleaned. There are two different systems, one that uses a brush and one that uses a vacuum. Which is better? The price difference is about double if I was to get the work done with the brushes. My ducts have not been cleaned in almost 9 years, and I do not know which way to go.
