interior decorator recommendations

I live about 30 mins out of brandon & would like to consult someone about renovations ie what flooring, paint colours, window coverings. I dont have a big budget but feel putting out the money to do it right would be money well spent. Any suggestions on who to hire & ballpark figures for what it costs?
