just curious what ppl think about renovating old mobile homes. is anything before 1980 worth spending money on. i am currently looking for a smaller/cheaper place to live and was thinking that maybe a mobile home would be the best thing. although i don't want to be spending more than $80 000 total. there is a cheap 77 mobile that i can get for around $45 000 but needs work....just want opinions from ppl that live in a mobile, and if it's worth the time and money to fix one up.
