Where to get water cooler valve part?

I have a Greenway water cooler and the cold water valve is dripping after taking the valve out noticed that it needs a new rubber stopper part. So the question is where in Brandon can I get a part for it? Seems a shame to have to throw a good water cooler out for a leaky valve. Tried Blue Moon, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Home Hardware any suggestions?
