Tub liner problem

About 6 years ago I got J&G to install a new tub liner over my exsisting tub. I was very happy with it until the glue stopped working a year ago. Now water has gotten in between the liner and the tub it now feels "sloshy". J&G no longer sells the product and the guy who installed it ever gets back to me. When I called Bath Fitter they won't look at it because it's not "their" product. I'd hate to have to buy a brand new tub over this but my wife is really bugging me about this. Help.
