Just a heads up to every one out there that I have noticed a lot of ice damns on the eves of houses lately and noticed some with damage occurring with water being backed up under the shingles and flowing down the walls or out of the soffit. If you see icicles hanging from your windows, down the walls or off the soffit, you better get up there and shovel at least the first 4 or 5 feet of the eve. Or if you don’t like heights have someone do it for you that are experienced and have the tools.
