Need some help with satelite hook up......

Ok, we have satelite connections in every room. I want to hook up another receiver downstairs so a roomate can watch their own tv. I have found the cable wire coming into the house and have a 4 way splitter and lots of cable. What do I do now.............
Help I don't want to have to watch every hockey game lol!
