Recommendations?

We need to build a foundation for a small cabin. We are trying to find someone available this spring which we are finding to be very difficult. We were wondering about the styrofoam forms with the cement poured in the middle. Can anyone recommend someone or offer information on alternative ways to do our foundation for our cabin?
