Our washer does not drain and the agitator does not spin. Who does repairs in Brandon? I looked in the phone book and there only seems to be a couple of places which I did email.

Ron's appliance is always good, quick, & reasonable. Let them know what brand you have first, as certain places are authorized to service certain brands.

Don't expect an email reply to an appliance repair place, call them.  
 
As for your washer, if its a top loader I suspect something got stuck in the water pump or the pump need replacing. If you have someone handy in your house take off the back panel, disconnect the holes into a floor drain or bucket. Let it drain completely then take apart the pump and maybe pull out a dime from the impeller and reassemble.
