I am curious what others do when it comes to their easter egg hunt traditions. I always find it interesting to see how others do things.  
 
In our house the easter bunny puts mini eggs in plastic eggs and those eggs are hidden around the main floor of the home along with larger chocolates, kinder eggs, hollow bunny etc. He also brings a basket of misc things for spring like bubbles, flip flops, a craft, this year a puzzle as well.  
 
He doesn't hide things outside but I see so many on my facebook feed doing their hunts outdoors. Is this based only on good weather? Has it always been done outdoors?  
 
My daughter said one of her friends has a hunt in the afternoon outside that her parents hide.  
 
So what are your traditions? I find this interesting.
