Children Learning Disabilities-Help

Good morning. I have a question for parents of children with learning disabilities or anyone who can help me. With the lack of help in the education system, has anyone been able to find any resources in Brandon for those struggling in school? While she has some adaptations and help from the classroom EA it's just not enough. Any pointers and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Not in Brandon, but also have a child with a disability. Until we started code red I got a tutor to help him a couple times a week with reading, writing and math. Our school has been fairly helpful luckily. Though who knows when he will get checked for a learning disability (which the developmental doctor said he would most likely have in addition to his disability).

Perhaps you can check with secondary school students or even high school students who might be willing to make some extra money tutoring virtually.
