Hey! I am wondering if anyone else is not happy with the high school grad pictures? I have spoken to about 6 or 7 parents from different schools and they were not happy with the pictures. Either kids are not smiling or some clothing is showing and looks sloppy or some of the gown is not straight and looks goofy. I know this company is busy but these are the grad pictures. Could they not spend a moment and said hey lets fix that or this is what your pictures will look like if you don't smile. Who wants to buy pictures from this company if they look like crap. I want to send an email to this company but there is no email available just a phone number. I will be calling them later. I am really disappointed, I know I only spent $35 to have them done but don't you want a good rep for your company and not be known to rush and not care.

If you spent $35 on grad photos and you are not entirely pleased with the photos, you should be happy that you only spent $35.  
 
Trust me, the "repair bill" will be more than what you initially invested.  
 
I spent $600 on my daughter's grad photos, and though we were absolutely pleased, we wound up with no actual photos, just digital images. But, the photographer offered professional airbrushing...and stunning photos.  
 
If you pay McDonald's prices, don't expect Chef Ramsay to cook your food.

Ours last year also were awful. Nothing was straight, smile didn't even look like them.  
Had them re-taken by Imperial photo. I was able to attend the studio, made sure we liked the images or would have taken more before leaving. Many different poses to chose from. And FAR cheaper and better quality! They were printed for us and hand delivered to our door!

I understand that I did not pay much for the photo session but this was through the school and not a private session. So, everyone paid the same amount. Would you not want people to talk about how good your company is instead of having people talking down about the company?
