Just wondering if anyone knows what the rules / regulations are for unvaccinated & unlicensed daycare providers?

I mean there are the regular rules about how many children they can have, but they never introduced rules saying they needed to be vaccinated. And as far as I understand, the previous requirement for government employees to be vaccinated was lifted March 1st.

Unfortunately now they are Covid positive and still operating.

Until March 15th, people with Covid still need to isolate right?

Yes they are. The only change March 1 was that they only need to isolate 5 days instead of the 14 (previously it was 5 if vaxxed and 14 if unvaxxed).  
 
Even after the 15th, it is highly recommended that they isolate.  
 
We're dealing with covid right now in our house. We have 1 person testing positive per week foe 3 weeks in a row. I have no idea where we got it from. Please please stay home if you're ill. You're sparing someone else lots of grief and missed time.  
 
Edit to add: even after 5 days, you can still be contagious. I tested positive until day 7 or 8. My son tested positive until day y.
