I find it absolutely wrong and disgusting for some people out there who have baby after baby, just for the check.  
 
One person has 5+ kids, horrible parenting, cfs has taken 4 of their kids, so they move to another province to have more. How is that even possible? Its soo wrong!  
Another person I know lives on assistance and I doubt has ever worked, has her 4 kids, and now that the youngest one has turned 5 and she is required to find a job and get off assistance, is again pregnant, so of course she be able to stay out of the work field for another 5 years.  
 
Now I'm not saying that all people on assistance are like this, there is tons of great parents that need the help, and use it until they can be on their feet again and ready to go back to work. Im also not saying that everyone with 4,5 or more kids is a bad parent, I'm just saying that some of the people out there are horrible, and I dont know how they can live with themselves.  
I also wonder how the government and all of the "systems" can let this happen.
