Buying Clothes for a pregnant woman.. help!

So typical me.. leaving Christmas shopping to the last minute. My sister mentioned a few months ago that she wanted a nice set of pjs.
Well now she is 13 weeks pregnant.. and I don't know if I can buy a maternity set of pjs or just go bigger in regular?
I have never been pregnant, never been shopping for someone that is. So help! How do I find something that will fit her while she is growing! And where?
