Discussions

Hi all!! I wanted to start a discussion on baby products and which ones you chose to use and why? (ex. price, friends suggestion, quality, etc) Things like formula (if you used), diapers, wipes, food, lotions, washes, etc. I think it will be neat to hear everyones choices and why, and maybe give some new moms ideas!!  
This discussion is NOT meant to criticize peoples choices, just meant for friendly chit chat so please don't ruin it!  
 
I started off using pampers with my daugter. Cost was becoming an issue so I tried parents choice and she leaked through them like crazy. Very odd to me seeing as I have a lot of friends who use and love them. So I switched back to pampers. Once she was in size 2 I switched to teddies and they were awesome and waaaayyyy cheaper (2 boxes for $35.00!!!) now in size 3 she leaked through the teddies brand so I am back to pampers...ugh! lol...I did find them on sale boxing week and stocked up!! I plan on switching back to teddies in the future if I can.  
I breastfed until she was 6 months. Then after a ton of tummy problems.. by doctors orders I had to switch to formula because she was losing weight like crazy and I was drying up...I tried everything to get my supply back but it didnt happen. After about a month of trying every formula out there, Similac finally stayed down and kept her happy!  
With solids I switch between heinz/gerber and some homemade things. She is now eating a lot of what we eat so I do not buy a lot of baby food anymore.  
I chose to buy the Arbonne Baby ABC collection and LOVE it. My daughter is now 9 months and I am just starting to run out of the bodywash and lotion (what I use most).
