It's every parent's responsibility to keep an eye on their children, and when necessary, discipline them. But sometimes, parents let their kids run amuck without so much as yelling or shooting a stern gaze. In some cases, these untamed kids are disciplined by random people who are fed up with their behavior and the parents' not doing anything. So this raises the question, is it OK to discipline someone else's kid? Have you ever yelled at someone else's kid to stop doing something? Did this lead to encounter with the kid's parents? Has anyone ever disciplined your kids? How did you feel about that?
