Where are all the Babysitters at??

I am in desperate need of babysitters, where are they all at???? I would like babysitters and not childcare because they will only be needed for the summer also what is the going rate for babysitters??? Thanks for any information you can give. P.S if you know of any babysitters please feel free to send them my way.
